The creator
Having grown up in Cyprus, pursued an education between London and the US where she worked in F&B, then trailed around the Middle East during her marketing career, Rima has made it a mission to acquaint herself with the many flavours the world has to offer.
With flavour influences from Ottolenghi, Jamie Oliver and Alain Ducasse, and her many travels around the world’s biggest cities, she spent the last few years concocting fusion dishes that merge Western influence with her own Levantine heritage.
After dedicating her last decade to motherhood, raising two beautiful children while building a fashion house with her best friend, she has now found the space to put her passion for food and insatiable culinary creativity at the forefront of her life.
